Scott Himelhoch
Scott has spent his career serving the needs of homebuyers. In addition to his experience in the residential resale market, he spent eight years in the New Home industry. Six of those with Pulte Homes Corporation, one of the largest homebuilders in the United States and two years consulting with other homebuilders across North America. Both positions focused on improving quality and increasing customer satisfaction.
Scott understands the personal component of a home sale or purchase. “Everything about a person passes through those doors. It’s the home where their children grew up, it’s about the memories they have and the one’s still to be made. Buying or selling is also a very stressful time. A professional Realtor can minimize much of the stress”.
Scott received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University and his M.B.A. from the University of South Florida. He has been a guest columnist in industry publications and a guest speaker at AVID Leadership Conference and the International Builder Show. |
